DAY ONE!
Morning! 10am at harbourfront. with luggages and all. so exciting!
the whole boarding- the- ferry process was soo smooth! and we got the open air part of the ferry. quite disappointing at first cos it was hot and smoky. but, it turned out to very very nice!! (once it started to move and the smokers left. haha)
very nice ride. anw, at one point we saw some mini island and everyone was like.. "pedra branca pedra branca!" lol. causing a big commotion. and in the end, we werent even certain if it really is. haha! so funny.
BATAM!! and the very short bus ride to the resort.
Lunch. quite a spread, but i have to say meals after this one got better and better!
After lunch, everyone got together, started camp proper.
THEN, (didnt take pics for the afternoon) we had a prayer and sharing session on our expectations and priorities, quieten our hearts, minds... i have to say this helped a lot. cos after this i lost my bag full of problems i carried from singapore. haha.
check in! FINALLY. the resort was better than i expected.

and there were this band! omg. they were so lively and sang awesomely too. love how they created a very happy atmosphere. then we had awesome!! praise and worship and service.. quite impressed by the sound system, it was just as good as back in sg!
